| 1. | Can you build and assemble a SMT/BGA without profiling? |
| | | No. Car-San requires an assembled board to develop an accurate profile for assembly & rework processing. A board should be available for destructive thermal cycling due to the number of heat cycles it may receive. It may also be an older version of the requested assembly as long as the thermals and board layers remain the same.
